What a way to close out the New Jersey High School Hockey Season! After losing a two nothing lead Randolph rallies and its Zangara who delivers.

We caught up with him on the ice just moments after the game winner:

“Ah…you can’t describe it. I’ve been dreaming about this moment since I was a freshman with …ah…Austin Cross, Luc Swedlund, Michael Sofia…we’ve been here …we’ve been waiting for this moment forever. It’s a great feeling! You know…Ben Yurchuk threw a great pass in front of the net, I was able to just put in the rebound. I had a great team all the way. We came back, we wanted this so badly, since March the fourth last year. It was just a great game!”

Michael Sofia closed the interview:

“We were working for this since we were mites. We have worked too hard the past two years to come up short and we won’t let it happen this year. We … ah … started celebrating a little too early. We came out in overtime and we got it done. We got it done!!!”
